Starting a return
The final live policy will explain the return window, return route and the information needed to begin a request. Please wait for the return instructions before sending an item back.
Item condition and hygiene
Any conditions that apply to intimate apparel or worn items will be shown clearly in the final live policy before checkout is enabled.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method after SR Online has received and assessed a returned item in line with the final policy. The confirmed processing times will be shown before launch.
Exchanges
Where an exchange option is available, SR Online will explain how replacement stock is reserved and whether a new order is required.
